“WHAT STRUCK ME THE MOST ABOUT THE ECHO PARK FARMERS’ MARKET WAS THE MELLOW VIBE. IT’S GREAT TO BUY FOOD FROM PASSIONATE PEOPLE.”

– The East Sider

A staple in the trendy Echo Park neighborhood, the Echo Park Farmers’ Market continues to grow in popularity because of the ever-growing number of farmers and producers who participate on a weekly basis.

Established in 2006, the Echo Park Farmers’ Market has grown steadily to become one of the most popular and well-attended of Food Access LA’s certified markets. Every Friday, 15 local farmers set up their tables and offer up a wide variety of produce and value-added products like jams and jellies, honey, and fresh farm-grown flowers.

Community and family events are held regularly – and live music helps make this late afternoon and evening market a must-do for the neighborhood.

At the market, you can use your CalFresh EBT card and WIC checks. Additionally, we offer Market Match which doubles CalFresh up to $25 per day. Stop by the information booth to receive your extra dollars to spend at the market!

Parking Instructions:

For drivers, parking can currently be found in the city lots directly adjacent to the market. These lots offer metered parking for 2 hours at a time, or they can find free street parking around the Echo Park Lake. This is subject to change as we work with CD13 to find a better parking arrangement.

East/west bus: Metro Line Route 4, get off at Echo Park and Sunset

North/South bus Pico union/Echo Park line : get off at Echo Park Ave and Park Ave
